In honor of Lilly Pulitizer's anniversary, many stars (including Brooke Shields, Gweneth Paltrow and more ) came out to the the Lilly Pulitzer NYC boutique and designed their own limited-edition, one-of-a-kind Mommy & Me designs to raise funds and awareness for Epidermolysis Bullosa, a rare inherited skin disease which affects young children.The items are available at LillyPulitzer.com and in stores!
